We want you to love what you create.

If you're not satisfied with your results, you can request a refund — under these simple, fair conditions:

• You've created 2 videos or fewer in total.
• Your refund request is made within 7 days of your first purchase.
• You have not received a refund before (one refund per user lifetime — this helps us prevent abuse).
• Refunds are issued only to your original payment method (via Stripe).
• To request a refund, email support@clipcreator.ai and we'll review your request within 7 days.

Why This Policy Exists

Creating AI-generated content like videos, photos, and voiceovers is still expensive.

Each video incurs non-refundable GPU costs from our AI providers. That's why we can't refund once you've generated more than 2 videos — it helps us keep pricing fair for everyone.
